White heavyweight cotton. The front carries one word at the top and two figures below it, and the combination is the most deadpan thing ERD has made.

Mixed case — some letters capitalized, some not, no consistent logic, as though the word was assembled from letters cut from different sources. Only the first word of the brand name. No Riches. No Déprimés. Just: children.

Below it, two girls eating instant noodles. Hand-drawn line illustration, black ink on white. The one on the left is drawn more heavily — dark hair, solid lines, fully present. The one on the right is drawn in lighter, sparser strokes, almost a suggestion of a figure, as though she is slightly less committed to existing. Both are holding chopsticks. Both have cup noodles in front of them. Both are doing the most ordinary thing possible.

This is the ERD image that does not announce itself. No archive photograph, no philosophical citation, no mortality symbol. Two girls with noodles. The brand name overhead, fragmented and slightly wrong. The joke — if it is a joke — is that the brand called Depressed Rich Kids is watching these girls eat cheap food and calling them children, and the girls are doing it without looking up.

The lighter girl is almost disappearing into the white of the shirt. The darker one is staying. They are both eating. ERD does not comment on this.
