ERD “Dressing Up” Pullover Hoodie — Silver Gray

This is the silver gray version of the “Dressing Up” hoodie — identical print, different ground. Where the slate blue reads as overcast, the silver gray reads as already faded, the color of a document that has been handled too many times. The washing is heavier here, the surface more distressed, the cuffs worn at the edges. The garment arrives looking like it has been somewhere.

The front carries e r d in large spaced lowercase above a tilted black-and-white photograph — a woman in motion, the image placed rather than composed. Around it, fragmentary type: dressing up… attractive young woman… makes a… return to school days. The sentence breaks off. On silver gray, the near-black printing recedes slightly, the contrast lower than on blue, the text feeling more like something excavated than announced.

The back repeats the four scattered photographs — figures in motion, tilted and overlapping, the contact-sheet composition of images that belong to the same session but were never meant to be seen together. enfants riches above. déprimés below. The brand name frames the pile without explaining it, same as before.
