The front is almost nothing: a small white cross, left chest, clean linework on flat black. That’s the whole front. The cross is the setup.

The back is the argument. Dense white text fills the entire back panel — a religious confession, or something structured like one. The title visible at the top: Some… Dance / A Christian… Dance. ERD put a crisis of faith on a zip hoodie. The cross on the front is ironic or sincere — the text on the back doesn’t settle it. The person in the text went to the dance. They stayed. They felt terrible. That tension — between wanting and believing, between the body and its rules — is exactly what ERD builds garments around.
